Stemmen als niet-Nederlander (Model Y-32)
Heeft u de nationaliteit van 1 van de lidstaten van de Europese Unie? Dan kunt u ervoor kiezen om in Nederland te stemmen voor de Nederlandse leden van het Europees Parlement. U kunt ook ervoor kiezen om te stemmen in uw land van herkomst voor de leden van uw eigen lidstaat. U moet wel kiezen: 2 keer stemmen mag namelijk niet.

In het land van herkomst stemmen
Wilt u stemmen in het EU-land waar u vandaan komt? Dan hoeft u dit niet aan ons door te geven. Kijk op de website van het Europees Parlement of u zich moet registreren in uw land.
In Nederland stemmen
Wilt u in Nederland stemmen? Dan moet u zich hiervoor registreren. U doet dat via het formulier Model Y-32. Staat u ingeschreven in de gemeente Lelystad? Dan registreert u zich bij ons. U kunt uw registratie online of schriftelijk regelen.

Schriftelijke registreren
- Download het formulier Model Y-32.
- Download de handleiding bij het formulier in het Nederlands, Duits, Engels, Frans, Italiaans, Pools en Spaans.
U print het formulier uit, vul het in en stuur het naar ons op. Stuur ook kopie van uw geldige legitimatiebewijs mee.

Voorwaarden
- U heeft de nationaliteit van een EU-land.
- U bent 18 jaar of ouder op 6 juni 2024.
- U woont in Lelystad.
- U bent niet uitgesloten van het kiesrecht.
Goed om te weten
- U kunt zich tot uiterlijk 23 april 2024 registreren bij de gemeente Lelystad.
- Binnen 7 dagen na ontvangst van uw ingevulde formulier besluiten we of u mag stemmen. U krijgt uw stempas dan enkele weken voor de verkiezing met de post thuisgestuurd.
- Heeft u zich geregistreerd om in Nederland te stemmen, maar wilt u toch liever stemmen in het EU-land waarvan u de nationaliteit heeft? Dan kunt u uw registratie intrekken. Dit kan tot uiterlijk 23 april 2024.

If you want to vote in the Netherlands, you need to register. You will then be voting for Dutch members of the European Parliament. To do this, you need to register.

- Download form ‘Declaration of voting for the European Parliament in the Netherlands (Model Y-32)’ (in Dutch).
- Download the manual which explains the form in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian and Polish.
Are you registered as a resident in Lelystad? Then you fill in the form and send it to us, together with a copy or scan of your valid identity card. The latest day for submitting this declaration (Model Y-32) is 23 April 2024.
